Ali is the founder director of Turquoise and responsible for overall management of the firm. He focuses on long-term assignments and repeat work for clients across fund management and corporate finance and acting as company board member and adviser. Examples include the Low Carbon Innovation Fund, Controlled Power Technologies and Anglo Platinum. Previously, Ali worked in energy project finance and privatisation at Close Brothers, Flemings and Price Waterhouse. He holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from the London School of Economics.
