David focusses primarily on energy projects and investments including renewables and energy storage. Prior to joining Turquoise, he held senior positions with National Power, AES Corporation and Shell International and was an entrepreneur in the retail energy sector. David’s experience includes well head, offshore & onshore construction, development and operation of gas and coal fired power stations, distributed heat networks, billing systems and smart meters. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
